We are pleased to welcome the Rare Breeds Survival Trust as a new member of NEWC.
The RBST is a charity dedicated to promoting and preserving our native livestock and equine breeds and populations in order to secure their future.
Founded in 1973, RBST monitors numbers of animals, threats of inbreeding and geographical concentration. It promotes the uses of these breeds alongside their breeding and registration. Find out more about their work here: rbst.org.uk/
