Misty is new to Hope Pastures. She arrived in May 2026 and is now ready for the next chapter in a new home within the Yorkshire area.
Misty needs a home with experienced handlers over the age of 18, as she can still have typical baby moments.
Misty is a confident youngster, but sometimes can lack boundaries and be a bit bolshy, especially around food. With consistent daily handling, she will make a lovely pony.
She is looking for a home where she can continue her education, go for walks out and maybe do some in-hand shows. Misty would thrive in a home where she can continue with her positive reinforcement training.
Stabling/Shelter:
Misty currently lives out with access to a field shelter; she comes into her stable daily for grooming and training before going back out. Misty could be stabled overnight if required.
Companionship:
Misty is a young, playful pony. She gets on well with others and is currently turned out in a mixed herd. Misty should always have a companion in the same paddock as her.
Forage and Feed:
Misty is fed on a youngstock daily vitamin and mineral balancer alongside soaked hay. She requires restricted grazing like most native types do.
Misty is currently living out with sparse grazing with additional hay. This has helped keep her at an ideal body condition.
Health information:
Misty has regular FEC and is wormed accordingly.
