Meet Bombay, a lovely native mare. She is now ready to find her permanent home where she can thrive as a loving companion. Currently bonded with Gordon until able to introduce into a herd.

She is settling into a routine, she is good to handle in both a field and a stable. She happily with both mares and geldings, and is accustomed to an in-and-out routine at the foster yard. If you are looking for a faithful and resilient companion pony to brighten your herd and your life, Bombay would be an excellent match.

Blue Cross rehomes our horses on a monitored loan, which means we check in to see how they’re doing from time to time so we can make sure that they – and you – are happy. We can now transfer the ownership of Blue Cross horses and ponies after a successful loan period. This enables us to take in even more homeless horses that need our help.
