We are recruiting for an Administrator to provide support to both our Facilities and Health & Safety Manager
The Role
Bransby Horses has grown significantly over the last 10 years and now consists of two working sites within Lincolnshire, employing almost 200 staff. As a charity, we are committed to providing a safe haven for equines and to provide for their health, welfare and rehabilitation. The support required to enable this to happen effectively and efficiently has also grown along with the need for more facilities and the demands on ensuring a safe environment and safe working practices.
The charity employs its own Health & Safety Manager and a Facilities Manager who looks after the management of our buildings, facilities and fleet vehicles. The role of the Facilities and Health and Safety Administrator will be to provide essential support to both departments, ensuring that all paperwork, inspections, records, reports and processes are accurate, compliant and managed to a high standard. You will also be the first point of contact for the facilities department; answering queries, booking contractors, purchasing supplies and distributing keys for properties and fleet vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a busy administrative role, with where possible, a basic knowledge of Health and/or Safety and Facilities Management. This is a permanent, forward-facing role so good communicational skills are essential as well as having excellent organisation and record-keeping skills with a high degree of accuracy and flexibility in the way they work.
This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week, days and times to be agreed.
Pay and Reward
Working in the third sector is incredibly rewarding and on top of that, we offer a competitive salary of £11,660 - £12,865, dependent upon the skills and experience demonstrated at interview.
You will also receive:
• Free Uniform
• Free Car parking
• Discounted Food
• Health and Wellbeing Package
• A minimum of 30 days holiday
• Long Service Recognition
• Birthday Leave
• Buying Leave
• Pension Scheme
• Technology Scheme
• Training & Development Opportunities
