Education Ops and APC Administrator
Fixed Term until April 2025
Closing Date: 13th September 2024

Location: Our office is based near Stoneleigh in Warwickshire, and we’re typically working from there 2-3 days a week with the flexibility to work remotely. You’re also welcome to work in the office more frequently.

Hours: Our usual full-time hours are 35 a week – with an early finish on a Friday! We offer other flexible work options, such as compressed hours, which we’re happy to discuss.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dealing with and processing telephone and email enquiries
  • Administrating BHS assessments against quality assurance compliance with regulatory bodies
  • Taking payments in a secure and GDPR manner
  • Helping to maintain Accredited Professional Coach membership status.
  • Planning and delivery of courses including booking venues and presenters
  • Assisting the Education Team Manager and department as required

  • Doing the same job day in day out
  • Looking for tasks to fill your day
