Longest Stayer (200+ Days) - Non-Ridden Companion
Broma arrived into our care after his owner couldn’t care for him any longer due to personal circumstances, they decided he was best placed with Blue Cross to secure his future. He has settled in very well at the centre!
He is currently living out in the field with his friend Sarah, he is good to catch, enjoys a groom and is now very good for his feet to be picked out. For some time we had to work on seeing the farrier but we are very proud that he has now entrusted us to be able to see the farrier more recently! He just takes a little time, patience and trust in his handlers. He loves scratches - his favourite spot is in between his eyes. Broma can be unsure of new things but can very easily be convinced by a haynet!
Broma happily lives with mares or geldings and lives out 24/7 with open access to a shelter. He is looking for a home as a non-ridden companion.
He is looking for a home with a confident and patient handler who will be willing to continue to work with him in a quiet set up.
Can you offer Broma a loving new home?
